We support the right to privacy and security of prospective jurors. Courts must show relevance in questioning jurors and balance the prospective juror’s right to privacy and lawyers’ need to know. We support the right to inform the jurors of their common law power to judge law, as well as the evidence, and to vote on the verdict according to their conscience.
