We call on the Texas Legislature to pass legislation to protect Texans from being discriminated against by government entities if their belief of marriage is between one man and one woman; we call upon the Texas Legislature to pass the First Amendment Defense Act to protect Texans from being discriminated against by governmental entities if their belief of marriage is between one man and one woman, and that an individual’s sex is determined by anatomy and genetics at the time of birth.
