Be it resolved, Texas will rightly prioritize the inalienable right of women’s safety and justice above the funding of entitlement programs and that the funding of rape kit processing will be continuous with mandatory annual reporting to ensure that the money is being allocated for this intent.
Be it further resolved that women will gain justice for the sexual assault crimes committed against them in a timely manner.
