County election officials should provide an Election Judge, Alternate Judge, and Election Clerk for an in-person voting time during the early voting period in every healthcare/nursing home/retirement facility in the county. This will allow bedside voting, if necessary, and the ability to provide fraud-free elections for handicapped and elderly voters.
