Justice During Grand Jury Proceedings
All presentations to a grand jury made by prosecutors shall be recorded, just as any witness would be. After indictment, all such statements shall be made available to the defense. Any false statement to the grand jury shall be considered by the court in any motion to quash the indictment. Such false statements, and withholding of any statement without a court order shall be considered as grounds for removal from office.
