Audio and video recordings should be incorporated into all family courtrooms for the purpose of accuracy and transparency and for reduced cost to the litigants when filing for an appeal and for reference to the ruling(s), as currently the records can be incomplete and can cost $2 per page. These recordings should only be available to the participants of the case at hand and at their discretion or direction.
