Accountability for Materials Used or Excluded at Texas Schools

Texas schools shall be required to make publicly available any “permitted” or  “blocked” list that is used by the school to determine which materials are filtered out or are promoted or highlighted when information or materials are accessed via electronic means within the school or using school-provided equipment.
