Pro-Life Texas Abolition Strategy

The RPT shall adopt as a Platform Plank and Legislative Priority for the 87th Legislative Session a call for the Texas Legislature to pass the Texas Abolition Strategy (TAS) to comprehensively abolish discriminatory and the remaining late-term abortions, elective abortions after the preborn child’s heartbeat is detectable, and every remaining elective abortion in Texas.
