We support the following state legislation: Constitutional Carry, allowing law-abiding citizens who are not prohibited from possessing handguns to carry them openly or concealed, while maintaining the option of a permit for reciprocity purposes; an Intrastate Protection Act, exempting guns made and sold in Texas from federal regulations; and preventing Texas from enforcing federal law not also affirmed. We support national reciprocity for handgun carry.
