Consistent with the plank titled Limiting the Power of the Supreme Court in the Constitutional Issues section of this platform, we urge the Texas Congressional delegation to pass legislation implementing their authority under Article 3, Section 2, of the US Constitution to eliminate the Supreme Court’s ability to adjudicate abortion cases.
