Any use of fetal tissue other than burial by a licensed facility shall be
considered as a crime under the laws for Human Trafficking. Any individuals, groups, businesses
including all senior management and Board of Directors identified as being directly or indirectly involved
shall be subject to both criminal and civil liability.
