We support legislation prohibiting and criminalizing the harvesting, sale, experimentation or commercial use of human fetal tissue, including for vaccines, which requires or is dependent upon the destruction of human life. We encourage adult stem cell research using cells from umbilical cords, from adults, and from any other means that does not kill human embryos. We also support elimination of public funding for embryonic stem cell research, research on fetal tissue, or human cloning.
