Limit HOA Power
We urge the Texas legislature to prohibit any HOA, POA, private association, or private individual from enforcing or imposing any property demands, requirements, or deed restrictions on a homeowner except at the written request of two or more neighbors living within immediate proximity of the property in question, and who are also subject to the same restrictions.
